Place and customise the form
The Contact form block can be placed on a page or in a column. Choose its layout and copy: introduction, fields, button and feedback. This demo uses one form on Contact with English labels as well.
Distinguish storage from email
The native message inbox is enabled. Email delivery depends on your host and, when needed, SMTP settings. After installation, send a test: check the inbox and any email delivery separately. No email address or SMTP credentials are bundled with the demo.
Explain the data used
The form asks for a name, email address, optional subject and message. Do not ask for secrets. The Information page describes the bundled behaviour; complete actual publishing details and your retention practice before opening the form to the public.
Test consent
In Privacy settings, check copy in both languages. Refuse all keeps the video blocked; Allow loads the external player. Manage choices can revoke consent. A player that is already open is then removed. The mechanism alone is not a compliance certification.
