Find the right diagnosis
Start with the symptom and protect content.
The site shows a holding page
Before activation, a 503 response is expected. Finish installation with the FTP key. For an already installed site, do not recreate an account blindly: consult INSTALLATION.md and the retained configuration.
A page or image is missing
Check publication status, language and public URL. A pending translation is not an available page. For an image, check the file and its block selection. Site quality and global search help locate affected links.
Saving fails
Read the message before reloading. A network problem, file permissions and a concurrent edit need different solutions. Keep the offered local copy. If a JSON file is unreadable, Aries requests recovery instead of replacing it with an empty file.
Report a useful problem
Record the version, affected page, browser, steps and expected result. A screenshot without private data helps. Do not send passwords, SMTP secrets or backups containing messages. Contact is enough for an initial report.
