AriesMy lightweight, documented CMS without SQL

Documentation / Practical guide

Write and publish

From the title in the canvas to explicit publication.

Open the right content

Open the builder from Pages or Posts and select the language. Enter the document title at the top of the canvas. A regular page gets its visible H1 from a Heading or Hero block. Articles and the Journal already use the document title as their H1.

Compose without losing your place

The + inserts a block where you choose. In an empty text block, / opens insertion. List view locates, moves and duplicates blocks. Collapse panels or use focus mode for more writing space.

Check, then publish

Autosave protects a working copy; it does not silently publish an existing page. Open Preview, read on mobile, then choose Publish. The assistant reviews title, URL, links, SEO, images, heading order and translations. Save keeps the draft without making it live.

If another window changed the page

Aries reports the conflict and refuses to overwrite the competing version. Reload, examine the offered local copy and compare before saving. Use history for an earlier saved version and the trash for deleted content.
